Dear Dr. Mollow & Team,
Just wanted to send a thank you to express my gratitude for all your kindness. Two separate times I’ve had to have my “Invisalign” remade – you’ve all been so flexible & understanding. Thank You again for all your kindness and help. It certainly doesn’t go unnoticed!
Our family cannot thank you enough for the exceptional, first-rate, affordable care that you have provided to us through the years! It takes a truly prodigious care provider (especially a dentist), to actually get a family from poorly-compliant to relaxed to even happily anticipating a dental visit! In our book the qualities that you possess, both personally and professionally distinguishes you from the majority. We are both fortunate and privileged to be the recipients of your expert, compassionate care. I (mom), especially appreciates it, since I have feared dental visits from childhood. I am so pleased that my children will only have good happy memories of childhood dental visits.”
I’ve been meaning to write and let you know how much I am enjoying my new smile. Last spring we took another five week cross country trip and family were all impressed. My very exacting sister in law remarked twice how perfect my teeth were-size, color, alignment… so your handiwork was well-noticed and appreciated.
On July 9th I had a fall from five feet off the steps and shattered my femur. Not an adventure I’d recommend. After surgery etc, a friend brought me a favorite treat-penuche with nuts-which I haven’t eaten in years because my teeth would scream at me, and brushing didn’t help. Well, the good news is, no pain. So I can have a treat now and then.
Thank you again for the care and attention.”
“Dear Dr. Mollow,
Thank you so much for all your time and effort to restore Alexander’s smile. We are so grateful that you were willing to advise us while he was 4 hours away in Vermont. That you came to the office early so that you could accommodate his lengthy procedure promptly. And your professional expertise for repairing and restoring teeth. We will be appreciative every time we see his new smile.”
Thank you for the work you performed on me. I’m sure it was a challenge. The device is quite comfortable now. Thank the entire staff as well. All are wonderful people.
“North Branford Dental,
Just wanted to send a note to say thank you. I have been a patient for almost 30 years, on Saturday I had an emergency and Dr. Mollow was on call his cell was left on the message he text back and scheduled a time that morning. It turned out to be a very busy emergency day for Dr. Mollow but he handled it with a smile. What amazed me was he was scheduling, greeting, acting as a dental assistant and the dentist for several patients. It is reassuring to know my dental group has my back always.”
Dear Dr. Mollow,
Thank you for the great job you did on my tooth with the root canal and the crown. I appreciate that you went the extra mile to do an excellent job and I had a pleasant experience with you and Nicole.
Thanks so much!
Dear Dr. LaChance and Dr. Mollow,
I realize how fortunate I am to work and share my everyday life with you. We have created an amazing practice that continues to grow and makes a difference. Thank you for your faith in me and your generosity. You all are the best!!
Thank you so much for making the restoring of my crown possible. Dr. Mollow did an amazing job. The crown is a work of art! You would never know that the chip had existed. Even the color matches the front tooth perfectly. Thank you again for your kindness.
Thank you for taking such good care of me when I was having problems with my tooth. I thought you might enjoy some tomatoes from our garden.”
Thank you so much for being so kind, and a great hygienist! Just a note to let you know how much you’re appreciated.”
“Dear Doctor Mollow,
Thank you very much for taking such good care of my mom, brother and me the other day when we came in. To tell you the truth, I was nervous when I heard that I would have to get my tooth extracted. You see, I never had a tooth pulled before. However, despite myself, I found that my nervousness faded away when you started to work on me because I could tell you knew what you were doing. I knew my eyes bugged out when I heard you say that you were going to cut my tooth in half, but since I couldn’t feel anything, I didn’t mind. Thank you for always taking such good care of our teeth.”
“Dr. LaChance, Dr. Mollow, Dr. Cohen, Dr. Khambe and Annie,
I can’t thank you all enough for everything you’ve all done for me over the last few months. I am so grateful and thankful I got the pleasure of externing at your amazing office. I’ve learned so much, and had a great time, too. So thank you for welcoming me and teaching me and helping start me dental assisting career off in the best way possible. Thank you so much, and Merry Christmas.”
