Meet Dr. Swati Khambe
Dr. Swati Khambe joined North Branford Dental Group in 2013. She is a 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Microbiology and a minor in Business. She graduated in 2012 from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. She additionally completed a one year General Practice Residency at The Yale New-Haven Hospital.
Dr. Khambe lives in Branford and enjoys playing tennis, running, cooking for friends and spending time with her family.
Meet Dr. Jodi Cohen
Dr. Jodi Cohen grew up on Long Island in New York. She graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 1985 with a bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. She received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1989 from SUNY Stony Brook where she graduated as the top female in her class. She also completed a one year Post Graduate Residency in General Dentistry at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY, part of Cornell University Medical College.
In 1990 Dr. Cohen moved to Connecticut and joined North Branford Dental Group. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing tennis, reading, traveling and mostly spending time with her husband and two children.
Meet Dr. Jacob ltskovich
Dr. Jacob ltskovich grew up in West Bloomfield, Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Nutritional Sciences, an emphasis on Human Nutrition. He earned his Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in Hollywood, FL. In 2020, he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. To further his education, he completed a one year Post Graduate Residency in Advanced Education in General Dentist (AEGD) at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
When Dr. Itskovich’s isn’t busy caring for his patients, you can usually find him hanging out with family and friends, exercising at the gym, running outside, playing basketball, or watching football/basketball games.
Meet Dr. Joseph Manzella
Dr. Manzella grew up on Long Island, New York. He graduated from Stony Brook University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Science. Thereafter, he remained at Stony Brook and went on to earn both his Master of Public Health Degree from the Stony Brook Program in Public Health, and earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2021. To further his education, Dr. Manzella then completed a one-year Advanced Education Program in General Practice Residency (GPR) from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University at Rhode Island Hospital, graduating in 2022. There, he gained extensive experience in caring for patients with all levels of special needs.
Dr. Manzella now lives in Ivoryton with his fiancé. When he’s not at work, you can find him enjoying the outdoors, training at a CrossFit gym, exploring the Connecticut shoreline, visiting family on Long Island, or engaged in a DIY project for his new home.
